Port of Grays Harbor

The Port's Terminal 4 Expansion and Redevelopment Project is a multimodal project that uses the existing, dual-berth Terminal 4 and adjacent, Port-owned uplands to improve cargo flow into and through the international shipping complex. Specific services include providing schedule documentation, quality assurance/verification inspections, testing oversight, site inspections, document control, coordination with AGP project and Port contractors, and assisting with O&M commissioning for stormwater.
